ECIR WORKSHOP REPORT Report on TBAS 2012: Workshop on Task-Based and Aggregated Search

The ECIR half-day workshop on Task-Based and Aggregated Search (TBAS) was held in Barcelona, Spain on 1 April 2012. The program included a keynote talk by Professor Järvelin, six full paper presentations, two poster presentations, and an interactive discussion among the approximately 25 participants. This report overviews the aims and contents of the workshop and outlines the major outcomes.
